An established family physician, Dr. Daquila sees patients at her private practice in Port Orange, Florida. She offers a broad array of services geared to address today’s most common non-emergency illnesses and injuries. She knows there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all cure, so she never uses a one-size-fits-all approach to one’s diagnosis. Her practice is dedicated to three main areas of medical treatment: preventative care services such as annual physical exams, vaccinations, and wellness exams; diagnostics for many acute symptoms such as ear infections, strep throat, flu, colds, and other illnesses; and treatment for chronic issues such as hypertension, diabetes, elevated cholesterol, and others. Throughout her academic career, Dr. Daquila graduated with her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in the West Indies in 2004. She then went on to perform her residency in family medicine at Mountainside Hospital in 2009, where she was given the education, knowledge, and skills needed to manage diseases that are encountered by family medicine physicians in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
